Trip to Halle 2011

By kind invitation of Dr Heiner Schnelling, Director of the Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek in Halle, the Group will visit Halle and the ULB during the period 11-15 September. Details of the draft programme now available. Please note that the booking period for the visit has been extended until 31 May. A conference fee of £50 to include the Conference Dinner will be payable, in addition to travel to/from Halle, local costs for meals and travel, and accommodation. As travel to Halle (particularly by air) is likely to be more expensive than anticipated, the Committee has agreed to offset this to some extent by agreeing to subsidise the cost of accommodation in Halle in cases where intending participants would otherwise find the overall costs too expensive. Details about this will be found on the application form recently posted to all members.
